Zombies Vs. Humans.

As I was walking home one night from my dance rehearsal that was far to late, I noticed I was being stalked by a group of people carrying around Nerf guns and foam swords. Feeling slightly alarmed, I looked at them, and they stared back, and then retreated away. Next day, there are dozens of kids roaming campus with Nerf guns an foam swords, and bandanas tied around their arms or heads, chasing each other, having epic battles on the college green, being weird. Apparently, Geneseo decided to play Humans Vs. Zombies, an epic game where the Humans have to try to survive against the Zombies by stunning them with swords and guns, while avoiding being eaten by the Zombie hoards. Theres even a website dictating all of the rules.
This is what happens when a lot of nerdy kids end up in the same place, and theres nothing else to do.

My dance for GDE was chosen to go to ACDFA! (American College Dance Festival) :D Its being held in Erie, PA. In the middle of no-where. However, it will be in Feb when nothing will be going on here anyway, and I can spend 3 days taking dance classes and hanging out with my bffs. Yes, I am excited.

I still haven't come to any real conclusions about the rest of my life. or even the immediate future. at the moment I'm trying to sort through next semester and whether or not I will be able to have an internship, and if not, how I will be functioning with hellish monday and wednesdays, and nothing to do the rest of the week. I'll still have my dance stuff, and being SAD will be a lot of work, but I think I might just rip my hair out if I end up with that much free time.

Halloween is this weekend, and its really upsetting to think this will be my last one, until I like have kids or something. Im really hoping it decides to be nice out, and not freeze and be rainy. That'd be nice oh Weather Lords. I decided on the somewhat lame costume of being "Fall". Im glueing pretty leaves I collected from outside and pressed onto various clothing items, and wearing a lot of red, orange and gold. Should be interesting...but also costs me the grand total offffff....nothing! well, maybe like $5, because Im going to buy some ribbon. but, thats it! wee!

  1. haha they had us do HVZ during RA training here. It got really intense. My friend jumped out a second story window to escape zombies one night.

  2. People here get dressed up well into their 50s.
Sucks for people who don't really like Halloween (aka me).
