Since italy doesnt seem to believe in ovens and/or stoves, I have decided to embrace the microwave which apparently here can grill something. Im not quite sure how this works as there are atleast 4 more setting on ours than there is at home and their all in italian HOWEVER, I am determined to figure out what they all mean so that i can cook myself things. Atleast I have the broccoli/eggs thing down. which is exactly what i had for dinner last night: an egg sandwich and steamed broccoli with garlic and OVOO. lols. a side note about the eggs: ive never had such YELLOW orange scrambled eggs before...the yolks are crazy colorful.
In other news the internet has been a lot more retarded than usual. its really irritating. For example while writing this...which took al of 20 min maybe? The internet went out like 4 times.
It was so nice outside yesterday so i spent a good two hours sitting on a park bench near my room doodling and watching these teenage boys...well actually they looked my age... PUNT pigeons. no, im not making this up, and yes there were a lot of feathers everywhere.
I also finished one press release for my internship app. woo!
And I had really really good Gelato. their cookie dough has bits of awesome crunchy cone mashed up in with the chocolate chips and it was so amazing.
and finally, italian is confusing. way more so that spanish with the whole "to be" "to have" verb shit. Like to be sleepy, is actually to have sleepy but to be tired is to be tired. confusing.
I also cant wait until it stops raining.
